Cancellation Policy
Special Occasion Bookings
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all special occasion makeup bookings. This amount is deducted from your total on the day.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit, but no further payment is required.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit can be transferred to a new date once only, subject to availability.
Bridal Bookings
Cancellations made more than 60 days before your wedding day will forfeit the booking fee, but no further payment is required.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of your wedding will incur a 50% charge of the total booking.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking.
• Changes to bridal party numbers within 60 days of the wedding will still be charged as per the original confirmed booking, as your date and time allocation is reserved exclusively for you.
Postponements:
• If you need to postpone, your booking fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. Once transfer is permitted. Further changes will require a new booking fee
In the rare event that I’m unable to attend due to emergency or illness, every effort will be made to find a trusted replacement artist. If that isn’t possible, a full refund (excluding any trials or products purchased) will be offered.
Deposits & Payments
Blush Glam Bookings
Require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Bridal Bookings
Bridal bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. These amounts are deducted from the final invoice.
Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, an invoice will be sent to your email. The balance stated is to be finalised 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Payment type includes, Direct Deposit into nominated account. You are required to email kylie@blushbarre.com.au a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.
Travel
Please don’t hesitate to reach out and I can quote you a travel fee for your group booking within the Riverland. If just one person then I may charge an additional travel fee. All bookings located at my studio in Loxton will not incur a travel fee.
